Who We Are
In 1965, a group of community supporters of Chattooga High School organized the Chattooga County Linebackers Club. In the mid-70s, the name was changed to the Chattooga Athletic Boosters Club.
Our Mission
The Club proudly supports all sports and athletes at Chattooga High School. There are numerous small scale fundraisers throughout the year sponsored by the Club, but the Chattooga Century is the major fundraising project. Funds raised are used towards the purchase of equipment, summer camps and to meet needs that arise in each sport.
What We Do/What We’ve Funded
JumboTron at the CHS Football Stadium
Paid over 80% of the fees to build the new press box at the baseball field.
Host the Chattooga Century.
Manage and run concessions stands at all home basketball, baseball and softball games.
Sponsor a percentage of camp costs for athletes.
Run the parking for home football games.
Sponsor coaches to attend coaching clinics.
Purchased a new wrestling mat for the wrestling team.
Pay for charter buses for teams traveling long distances.
Organize and get sponsors for pre-game meals for the football team.
Provide meals for traveling teams.
